My passion is helping individuals become the strongest, healthiest, most confident versions of themselves.
After struggling for many years on my own trying to manipulate food and exercise in order to enhance my body and performance, getting into strength training, becoming a personal trainer, and doing a degree in sport and recreation has completely changed my perspective on the way I see training and nutrition. Through my journey to becoming an elite gymnast, I suffered from constant injuries in combination with a crumbling mindset towards myself, training and food in an unrealistic pursuit for perfection. After finishing from the sport, this presented more of a challenge, as I transitioned from training 27 hours a week, to trying to figure out how I maintain my body and love for exercise without any guidance. Looking back with the knowledge I have now, there are so many things I would have done differently to enhance, rather than hinder my aesthetics and performance. Going forward, I hope to make a difference in the lives of those wishing to pursue their own journeys to bettering themselves in one way or another, while continuing to keep further educating myself, up skilling, and achieve my personal goals. I am currently loving doing Muay Thai and hope to have my first fight soon. |
