Train with me in person at City Fitness Albany or home training options available if you would prefer me to come out to you.
In PT sessions, we will train in a way which is specific towards your goals, while optimising movement patterns to ensure you are getting the most out of your training and training programme.
I am there to:
-Coach you to move better through stretching and mobility work.
-Help you understand the exercises we do, benefits, muscles used, etc.
-Challenge you to push yourself past what you may do on your own.
-Help you feel more confident.
