In PT sessions, we will train in a way which is specific towards your goals, while optimising movement patterns to ensure you are getting the most out of your training and training programme. I am there to: - Coach you to move better through stretching and mobility work. - Help you understand the exercises we do, benefits, muscles used, etc. - Challenge you to push yourself past what you may do on your own. - Help you feel more confident. I can help you towards various goals including: - Body recomposition - Corrective exercise and exercise technique - Building and increasing strength - Building muscle - Fat loss - Improving flexibility and mobility - Enhancing fitness - Improving balance - Building confidence - Learning boxing One on one or pair training available. |
