In PT sessions, we will train in a way specific to your goals, while optimising movement patterns to ensure you are getting the most out of your training and training programme.

- Coach you to move better through stretching and mobility work.
- Help you understand the exercises we do, benefits, muscles used, etc.
- Challenge you to push yourself past what you may do on your own.
